In any case where a new grammar point was used and explained by the teacher in class, it would often stick. Then as teachers use these new points outside of class in conversation, these new points usually lock in quite strongly.

Talking with the other students was good practice.

The いつかどこかで textbook that we use for Level 3 was the most interesting and helpful in my opinion.

I feel like the most productive aspects were the example conversations and breaking down the pieces within them.

Visit to the 防災館 was a good way to learn Japanese whilst also doing something fun (and learning something else too). Also I enjoyed speaking with the locals from the university.

I also really liked the voice acting section and would love more opportunities to do that as a class.

Studying Japanese while being taught in Japanese is a lot different than studying while being taught in English, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad, after getting over brief culture shock, I had a really fun time at KCP International

The Yamanashi field trip was very memorable because all the students in our program got closer through a greatly enriching experience which I remembered enjoying thoroughly!

I liked freeform conversation the most; it was nice that the teachers were happy to occasionally break away from the textbook and talk about other things; little jokes and facts are helpful.

It was new for me, but now I value pronunciation and writing as much as the other skills. I can’t think of any negative or uninteresting aspects at the moment.
